Shipment
No local pickup are allowed.
Merchandise will be shipped in a 200# brown kraft box or Postal Service provided shipping box using customers selected postal service, Monday through Friday, once the payment received. We use the United States Postal Service for all shipment. Goodylands will not be held responsible for any mail lost, stolen, damage or late delivery, once we turned the package over to the post office. Goodylands provides several shipping options that includes Delivery Confirmation and Tracking.
Tracking samples of some packages delivered to different countries with Global Express Mail service. Foreign countries Customs and postal services have a major impact on the delivery of the packages being delivered on time.
Sales Tax and Import Duty Fees
We do NOT collect sales tax for orders within the USA or other countries.
International customers, usually, have to pay an import duty fee imposed by your country's customs office, as you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the value and the product type. We usually will mark the mechant as "Commercial Sample" in the Custom form, unless instructed not to.
Returns
Merchandise can be exchanged/returned only if the item purchased has found to be defective. We always examine all merchandises to ensure in perfect working conditions before being shipped. If customers find the item purchased defective, please contact our friendly Customer Support (helpme@goodylands.com) trying to resolve the problem and have the item shipped back (within two weeks of the receipt of your order) for either an exchange or refund. However, Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. If items being shipped back are found to be damaged due to man-made error, customers will not receive any refund.
For merchandise return without any defects, within two weeks of the receipt of your order and item has not been used and is in its original condition, you may return for a full refund, less shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
